We offer Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and E-Verify (electronic Form I-9) services, as your authorized designated agent, not as a notary, for $10 per employee, plus our travel fee, if any (see Fee Schedule). A written Authorized Representative agreement is required.
We have passed the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) E-Verify training and exam.
Self Check. For new employees, we recommend that you run a free Self Check to check your current employment eligibility status before you complete Form I-9. Once you complete the Self Check, then contact us to set an appointment to complete your Form I-9.
E-Verify. For employers, we can enroll your company as our new client on E-Verify for a setup fee of $30. You will complete a client registration form and designate us as your E-Verify Employer Agent. The annual client renewal fee is $20. This will allow your company to outsource Form I-9 processing for new hires, so you can focus on your business.
