When our video training is available, you will be able to: 

1.  Register: complete and submit student registration form to register. 

2.  Payment: use a credit card to make payment of $40 by PayPal.  
Your payment includes the cost of online training, student booklet (PDF file) and a Certificate of Course Completion.

3.  Get password: after payment, you will receive a User Name and Password.   Use the User Name and Password to login and download the student booklet and to watch the training.

4.  View training: view your downloaded student booklet (PDF file) and watch the online training.

5.  Get course certificate: upon course completion, please fax or email a copy of your photo ID (driver's license) and we will email you a Certificate of Course Completion.

6.  Take Colorado Notary Exam: take the open-book online Colorado Notary exam.  Once you pass, print out a copy of your exam completion certificate.

7.  Submit Notary Application:  mail a copy of your Notary training course certificate, your Notary exam certificate, and your photo ID, along with your Notary application to the Secretary of State.  See Notary Application process.

8.  Order Notary Supplies:  Order your Notary supplies, such as business cards, a Notary journal, a rubber ink stamp, inkless thumbprinter pad, inkjet and laser printer toner cartridges, Notary books and a Notary website from our Notary Supplies page.
