Using our portable scanner and computer, we can provide mobile document scanning. We scan your important paper documents to create PDF files, and save them to a CD or flash drive for you to keep for your records. You can also store your important scanned paper documents and all of your computer files on an online backup website. We recommend SugarSync online backup (click on ad below). You can sign up for a free account with 5 GB of online storage. If you need more storage, you can sign up for a paid plan. With SugarSync, you can access your password protected files from any computer or smart phone with Internet access. You can choose to share certain files and keep other files private. You could give a doctor or hospital access to view your living will or health care power of attorney. You could give an accountant or tax preparer access to your financial records. You can share photos. You can share audio or music files for streaming to a smart phone. As an electronic notary (e-notary) we can also notarize electronic documents and eliminate paper documents. The use of electronic documents is a fast growing trend for legal documents. You can store your electronic documents with SugarSync, without any scanning of paper documents.
